Whether you’d like to deepen your established practice of yoga and meditation or be introduced to the basics, our friendly yoga instructors ensure an experience to suit individual needs, ages and levels.
Sessions take place on our yoga platform located within the lush tropical garden – directly at the beach overlooking the ocean.
Stretch into your day and feel your best with Asana (body postures) and Pranayama (breathing techniques). Unwind in the late afternoon with gentle asana and meditation techniques.
A portion of the yoga session proceeds are donated to various local village projects.
